The Acteam C-823 Power Scan Kit is the revolutionary circuit tester for 12-24V vehicles(3.5V-36V). You can access four precise diagnostic modes (DC Voltage, Positive and negative poles), providing efficient electrical system testing, continuity testing, fault diagnosis, ground testing without fuses, component activation on and in the vehicle, and voltage detection.

Without pressing the key on the tester, you can use the surface probe in front of the tester to detect the unknown polarity contact on the car, check whether it is charged or positive polarity (LED bright red) or negative polarity (LED bright green); press the corresponding key, you can test the voltage.
